Christian Leadership: Being A Leader is Like Being a Captain of a Ship
How a leader performs depends upon the context of the change. Decision making begins when one determines whether you’re navigating calm waters or rough seas.
This is a great word for those of us who now journey in uncharted waters and wish to come out as a victor and not a victim. In the words of the young folk, “it is what it is.” Every now and then, you have to do, what you have to do.
Greetings in his mighty name amen.I am pastor Samuel Nathanael Ndanema of All Nations Pentecostal Church UK .I HAVE BEEN BLEST BY YOUR GLORIOUS MESSAGES AND I M CONFIDENT THAT THE LORD IS WITH YOU MIGHTLY BY WHAT I FEEL IN MY SPIRIT MAN .BY THE GRACE OF GOD I HOPE TO SEE YOU IN SIERRA LEONE WEST AFRICA TO BE A BLESSING TO MEN AND WOMEN OF GOD THAT ARE HUNGRY FOR THE WORD OF GOD .
THANKS AND REGARD.

We just started a new ministry, and that revelation on change was very timely practical, and inspiring. I have been in both situations, and probably have “criss-crossed” the application…I will be both mindful and conscious in future endeavors. Bless You! In the matchless name of Jesus.
You are on target once again, Bishop. Leadership is tough and lonely. I love to do “group think” and get “corporate buy-in” on ideas/issues but sometimes you dont have the time and you have to make time-sensitive decisions. Your faith and trust in God helps to guide you when the times are tough and your subordinates are uncooperative. I also ask God for wisdom and patience everyday because these are 2 area where I need serious work, LOL. I appreciate the other comments that were made. I will definitely add this to my kit bag.
Good information as needed for those who think they’re alone as a leader or independently doing what your call is, especially under the attack of uncertainty for what ever we’re doing as we’re on our way thier.
