Sometimes doing the right thing costs you more than you ever imaged. It cost Helena Page a race but helped a high school senior to live according to published media reports. Listen, think, ponder and respond.
This was really encouraging! thank you so much! We all can learn from this story! doing the right thing doesn’t always benefit you, you may not always receive recognition from man but in the end God rewards the labor you thought went unnoticed!
An important lesson! Helena had something within her,”Jesus”. She may have lost the race down here but her christian attitude and actions, reserved her a place in that building not made by hand! You know the one I’m talking about. The one we are all working to get to. Somebody ought to say, Glory!
