Remember Through Your Love

73_sara_davis It’s Love Week!

Love divine all loves excelling, Joy of heaven to earth come down;

Fix in us thy humble dwelling; all thy faithful mercies crown.

Lord, breathe, o breathe Thy loving Spirit, into every troubled breast!
Gracious and loving God, in this season of Love,
Remember with Your favor the children of the Selulasandla and their care givers;
Remember with Your protection the children still on the streets in Mozambique;
Remember with Your love the children in the snow covered mountains of Mokhotlong;
Remember with Your provisions the men and women out of work in America;
Remember with Your justice the men unjustly incarcerated;
Remember with Your peace the women tormented with abuse and disrespect;
Remember us in our frailties and in Your faithfulness, have mercy on your people.
Take away our bent to sinning; be our Alpha and Omega, Lord.
Set our hearts at liberty during this Advent.
In faith, hope and love we pray expectantly in Jesus name. Amen

  1. Sister San says:

    A beautiful unselfish prayer. When I go to the Shopping Centers and Food Stores, observe how jammed they are with frantic customers,most of them are christians caught up in physical nature of Christmas and not the Spiritual Truth of Christmas. We as christians need to set better example for God’s children that He is trying to reach, the unsaved. Bishop Davis has laid down some crucial issues facing us today. Take a break from shopping and partying and address some of the problems our unfortunate sisters and brothers are having. In other words get out of your comfort zone and out into the fields.
