  1. Rev. Diana Wailes says:

When I was a young girl growing up in New York’s Harlem, I was often told that no one gets out. I was called very unflattering names by the neighbors because of drug issues in my family. I was told I would never amount to anything. God, however, had other plans.I received a scholarship to a major university and was still labelled less than favorable material because of the death of my mother and daughter in an accident and missing several weeks of school in my senior year. But God, had other plans and in my 50’s I answered my call to ministry, received a in Graphic Design and Fine Arts, became vice president on my job and am now working on a Masters of Divinity at Wesley Theological Seminary. God can do much with what others think of as little. To God be the glory.
