Step It Up!

STEP IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION
“Guide my steps by your word, so I will not be overcome by evil. Ransom me from the oppression of evil people.”
Psalm 119: 133-134

bishop-preorder-sm_smallMost of the time we know what we want, but we don’t know how to get there! We’re not sure where to begin or what steps to take.

We want things to be better. We want things to be better right now without realizing that better happens overtime and not overnight.

Our emotional and mental systems are shocked by one event after another. Daily pressure to perform and produce, stress out our faith and bogs down our minds.

Anxiety sneaks up on us. The energy it takes to triumph over the conspiracy of lack is depleted too quickly. Unexpected tragedies impact our sanity and rips our families apart.
In spite of our faith in God, we find ourselves in a one-step-forward and two-steps backwards lifestyle. One day we running on the word of God and the next day we’re running on empty. Lord help!

How do we get to the “there”? What steps do we take? Where do we start? What is involved? How will we get there without being overwhelmed?

My new book, The Big Deal of Taking Small Steps to Move Closer to God is designed as a spiritual strategy to reconnect you with time-honored resources to help you get to your “there”.
The Big Deal book takes you through 10 steps to help you flourish instead of floundering. It is a step-by-step process to strengthen your spiritual muscles so you can handle what’s been handling you.

The Big Deal book is the “how” of how you can develop a healthier spiritual lifestyle It’s taking small steps in the right direction that lead to big change.
It’s available for preorder now wherever books are sold. Books ordered in store or on line will be delivered to you on May 16, 2017.
